Our pricing is simple, transparent and competitive. In rare cases a carpet may require additional labour or care, but our cleaners will always advise you of this before a job is started so that you have the choice. We do not upsell!

Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. We have a £60 minimum spend.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally we operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, occasionally we may be able to arrange a visit outside of these times including on a Saturday. Please ask before booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What equipment do you use?
We use good quality, modern, professional carpet cleaning equipment and liquids. We use the hot water extraction method. Our prices include all treatments required. We never upsell. Our cleaning process includes pretreatment, stain removal (if required) and post treatment. We never charge extra for these.
Are your carpet cleaners vetted and insured?
All of our carpet cleaners are trained, vetted and insured for your peace of mind.
Do you do commercial cleaning too?
Yes, in addition to residential carpet cleaning, we also provide commercial carpet cleaning. Please contact us for a quote.
